GA Drawings and GFC drawings for execution

Statutory Approval

Compilation of all necessary drawings & documents for submission to various sanctioning authorities (Municipality, Municipal Corporations, Development authorities, Zilla parishads Fire Services, Airport Authority Environment dept etc), following up with the concern departments for necessary technical clarifications.

Technical specs & Estimate of Cost

Defining technical specifications and preparing estimate of cost.

BOQ & Tender Document

Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Tender document and assisting the client to conduct the tender properly

Construction Management & Supervision

Providing all necessary services for construction management during execution, preparing Implementations schedule, Bar- chart, cash flow analysis and Supervising the construction work at site, checking quality of work on behalf of the client, giving necessary instruction to the contractor.

3D modeling & Visualization

Preparation of computer generated 3D models, animations etc for better understanding of the project
